Guest Cousin Tupelo
Please tell me that the first two are just somebody goofin' on Fox. They didn't REEEEEEally say that? Did they? I don't have the screen shot anymore, but Fox News in the post-Katrina efforts had the scroll head "Bush: Worst U.S. distaster in history."
mountain bed
did you hear about the "terrorist fist bump"??Jon Stewart did a great bit on that last night.
Good Old Neon
Please tell me that the first two are just somebody goofin' on Fox. They didn't REEEEEEally say that? Did they? I cannot verify the "sex with underage boys" story - I'm at work, and would rather not Google that particular topic - however, the "baby's mama" story has been verified. http://www.salon.com/opinion/walsh/?last_s...michelle_obama/ Fox News, quite unintentionally, is second only to the Comedy Channel in laughs per minute. You almost get the sense that they are laughing at, and not with, their target audience.
MrRain422
I cannot verify the "sex with underage boys" story - I'm at work, and would rather not Google that particular topic It's fake, but what it's satirizing is just as bad: This one is actually real.
augurus
Someone put this up on the forums and I had to save it.
MrRain422
This is one of my favorites: The actual quote is "I think that nobody wants to play chicken with our troops on the ground."

Guest Jules
what's wrong with this one?
Good Old Neon
what's wrong with this one? Other than being entirely bullshit - nothing. Iraq is entirely the fault of the current Admin, despite how Fox would like to spin it.

augurus
So, you don't buy that some democrats want to see us lose?Obviously, someone needs to lose if they're going to learn a lesson. Besides, it's not just Democrats.Fox News loves to obscure the truth to stir some controversy and get some ratings. The point is that Fox News loves to deceive/lie/bullshit/obscure the truth.About 90% of what they say is a fragment, taken out of context, recycled, then displayed on the screen to draw your outrage. I'm simultaneously amused and disgusted that people actually take that network seriously. It's like CSI and Law & Order, a comedy.

I just didn't see what was wrong with that one screen shot. That is all.

Good Old Neon
So, you don't buy that some democrats want to see us lose? No. And I'm not quite sure what that even means at this point - we've already lost in Iraq, as of now, we're just circling the drain. Do I think democrats take pleasure in each and every Bush humiliation? Yes.
