bennyb
Hey everyone, If I had the money I would've brought the vinyl KT album as I love it so very much, it was also my first Wilco purchase. I was wondering if someone could help me out by PM-ing me the bonus tracks, if not I understand.
u2roolz
As far as I know there was no Bonus CD with the Special Limited Edition Vinyl (8 LPs).Official Site Link w/details Yeah, it only came with a fold out commemorative poster.

This is true. I went and bought the vinyl set yesterday. There was no cd. Initally, for some reason, the RSD site said that it would include a cd, but that ended up not being the case. paulcalypse
In time, I believe that we will be able to obtain these bonus songs in a digital format. People have their ways with ripping vinyl. However, I don't think I'll be able to post them here. PM me in a couple weeks.

Al.Ducts
Hey sorry to bring this thread back from the grave but I recently purchased a new copy of the Kicking Television vinyl set and would love to grab the additional songs in a digital format . Has anyone ripped them from the record and would be willing to send a PM my way? If I had the ability to do so I would I do it myself but alas, my old turntable just can't make it happen. u2roolz
Someone saved someone saved my life tonight!! I've been wondering about this for quite some time too, but was too shy to ask. I'm not sure how much of a pain burning vinyl to MP3 is? I only assumed "no" all of this time because it never showed up on this site anywhere. I checked the 2 popular pinned threads for links, but to no avail. Anyways, if anyone is interested my local Newbury Comics has the vinyl set for $69.99. Not too much of a deal, but I'm sure it may be more on Ebay.
Analogman
It's not really a good idea to post here asking for officially released Wilco tracks. If you do a search, I am sure someone has posted them out there somewhere.

Yes, while I agree with you I still have to wonder why something official like Unlikely Japan made the rounds a few summers ago (which was the b-side to the vinyl of You Never Know). I thought I might give it a shot having just purchased the vinyl (in many ways, specifically for the previously unreleased tracks). I was a little disappointed to find it lacking a cd copy/code for digital download. Just wish I could carry the tracks around with me. The pains of modernity!
Analogman
I don't have the means to rip records or I would offer to do it for you. I figure you can find the tracks out there somewhere.

I don't know why some stuff is cool, and some stuff is not. You can guys can do what you want, I am just offering my view, and maybe keeping someone from catching a bunch of hell. u2roolz
Yeah. No problem at all. I appreciate your comments and insight too. I've lived without these tracks for this long, so I'm cool. I've come to expect it. I just assumed that 1 standalone track was easier to put to mp3, instead of 25 minutes/8 songs. That's one of the reasons why I thought I never saw it pop up on here. The other was due to the legality of everything which can be a bit murky, since some official stuff does seem to get traded a bit in varying means of communication on here. Mp3 files sound like shit anyhow - stick with the sound from the record player. I was actually at one of the shows that was taped for that live album.
