Edit: Longer answer: one of the last Wilcoworld emails said that after the UK/European tour this fall that they would be back in the studio. It also mentioned that they wouldn't be back, until the record is finished and/or 2011. I would recommend signing up for the newsletter. It's easily accessible on the website.
