Kalle
http://www.brooklynvegan.com/archives/2010/12/yo_la_tengo_kic.html Seems fairly likely no?
bböp
http://www.brooklynvegan.com/archives/2010/12/yo_la_tengo_kic.html Seems fairly likely no? This is what I immediately thought of, but you never know. Sometimes he shows up when you least expect and doesn't when you most expect. If it happens, though, it seems like it would pretty much have to be Dec. 3 or 5. That Brooklyn Vegan post is pretty hilarious. I was amused by this: "Can Yuka Honda, Dougie Bowne, Sean Lennon, and Nels Cline all be in the same room and everything be completely normal? Apparently?"

lessthanIthink
A friend just texted that Tweedy came out on electric for the start of the YLT set and they are now playing Jesus Etc!
Jimbo Jones
I was there. Great night of music. Jeff played a nine song solo set and then sat in for these songs with Yo La Tengo. Eight Day Weekend ("Seven Day Weekend" by Doc Pomus, performed by Gary "U.S." Bonds) (with Jeff Tweedy on guitar and vocals)From A Motel 6 (with JT)Jesus Etc. (Wilco) (with JT)Can't Forget (with JT)Chords of Fame (Phil Ochs) (with JT)The Race Is On Again (with JT)One Of Us Must Know (Sooner or Later) (Bob Dylan) (with JT)Shoppin' For Clothes (Doc Pomus, performed by the Coasters) (with JT)I Should Have Known Better (with JT) Jeff didn't actually sing backup vocals on Seven Day Weekend. He did sing lead on Jesus, Etc. and he sang a verse of Chords of Fame. This was a nice warm up for Bowery Ballroom tonight. Can't wait.
