A.Clutter
Does anyone know how rare this is?
choo-choo-charlie
Yes. Pretty rare. My department colleagues at my last job, as a going away present, all pitched in and got me a copy. They also forgot to take the receipt off of the interior packaging. $250.

redstripe
These have ranged from $40-$80 over the past 6 months on ebay. Can't remember one going for more than $80.
Autumnteeth
i got one back in the day, didnt pay a lot but i havent spun it yet.... i treat it more as a collector's item. Go out and buy two 180 gram collectors, spin one, save one, and please don't damage the red vinyl. You have a real treasure.
rockinrob
they arent that rare, and there are probably a couple thousand of them. It wasnt a special release or anything, it just came out after most people had quit buying vinyl, and most of the people that still bought vinyl didnt and havent sold off their collections. It sells regularly for $40-$80, which is pretty average for mid 90s vinyl.
welch79
Collect it for what? To look at?! It was made to be played, man. Play it. I'll bet it looks gorgeous spinning all red on that turntable! Of course...the red can't be seen if it stays in its sleeve. I say: spin the red circle!
paulcalypse
Actually the red can be seen if it stays in its sleeve...I believe the first pressing simply came in one of those clear plastic picture disc sleeves.

pfox7
I own the red A.M. record, in the clear sleeve. I bought it around 2000-2001. I have played it maybe once.
