mdjr
Tonight's episode has the distinct voice of Mr. Tweedy covering "Let's Find Each Other Tonight" by Jose Feliciano. Anyone know anything more about this? Was odd as the show is usually pretty authentic to the time period (1979) with pop culture references.
mus2009
I definitely think that was Jeff. That song was in the original movie Fargo.
Vaporized
Tweedy covering Jose Feliciano and Bruce Campbell as Ronald Reagan; what a great show.

BadScooter
Glad I'm not the only one watching Fargo, this season has been fantastic. Hopefully the full recording surfaces at some point.
Magnetized
The episode is scheduled to run again at 12:00am (midnight) eastern time on Tuesday, for those of us who missed the original broadcast.
roadhse ma
It's a show that is so rich in character depth like a Tweedy song.It makes perfect sense to me not only should he sing but dammit if Steve Earle and E. Costello can be on Treme, well .. I would like to see Jeff on Fargo!
Eternal Instigator
As a Minnesotan, I always feel like I need to point out that we don't actually talk like that...well, most of us don't. Unless, of course, one's having a boring day at their job that requires them to be on the phone with people from other states. In that case, a working knowledge of the "hotdish and lemon bars in the Lutheran church basement" language can be highly entertaining!
dianawilliams
Its an amazing. Fantastic Show
roadhse ma
Its an amazing. Fantastic ShowAgreed plots, and subplots sometimes intertwining yet it all comes together. In addition the richness of the character portrayals and the real depth of the seemingly one dimensional actor (Ted Dansons son in law) is great.Lastly the sarcasism of both Danson and not so low key bad boy from Kansas is great too! Analogman
I wonder if Nick Offerman had something to do with getting Jeff to do the song (besides the posted story).
