That's unnecessary when you can recreate the music in code.

I'm not arguing the legality of it, or the morality of it. I believe stealing implies the loss of property, not withholding due payment. Here's one good or bad analogy from me: If I bake a cake to the specifications that my local baker bakes his cakes, is that the same as breaking into the bakery and taking a cake? If I give the recipe to all my friends and nobody buys from the baker anymore, I have done that baker a disservice much worse than breaking in and robbing him, but it's not the same thing. That's how I distinguish stealing from copying. You could say I "robbed" him of customers, and

Yes I am, I feel it's worth arguing. The grape analogy doesn't work.

Um, it's not stealing, it's copying. It's illegal because the law says you don't have the right to copy it. You aren't actually taking anything from anyone.

I too like the "Loose Fur" period of Wilco the best, not that the new era of Wilco can't change that. I'd like to hear anything O'Rourke was involved with.

And yet the scariest parts of Jaws are when you don't see the shark. Wrap your mind around that.

why? i think it looks great. Sunken Treasure didn't look so hot, but this seems fine to me.

i thought it was pretty exciting, especially the "and i should take care" part and what follows. glenn's fills are awesome, good energy. i don't know what's to complain about, sounds ten times better than the Beatles practicing in Let It Be, though it ain't no rooftop concert either.

isn't quite the right weather where i'm at for that sort of thing.

it'll work with quicktime or iTunes, that's all i know.

yeah, but from the looks of it, it's just a clip of the dvd in the cd/dvd package

i prefer to wait for the CD, then come May 15th I can drive around to it and enjoy the sky blue sky. what browser are you using? is it playing in there or did you actually download it to your computer?
