I don't know what kind of PR move could possible un-fuck this situation, and I don't think Vick deserves a second chance. Whenever I look at Mike Vick, from now until the end of time, I'm gonna think "that's the sick motherf---er who drowned and tortured dogs." And everytime I look at my two wonderful little pups at home, it makes me able to try to understand less and less.

Is it just me, or does the Columbus Blue Jackets logo not reflect the team name....at all. I thought it was the new Capitals or Dallas Stars logo at first.

I think addiction is a terrible disease. I also think some are more prone to "catching it" than others. However, I have trouble finding fault with pain killer sales. Like LB said, when you are in pain -- it's a miracle. I'll agree with that. I also have a lot of compassion for people who were prescribed an addictive medicine and now suffer from being addicted to that medication. However, I don't feel sorry for people who become meth addicts. The choice to take that drug was their choice -- just as taking any (drug) recreationally is. And drug problems will always be a part of our society.

IMO, when someone participates in the torture and brutal killing of animals, there is something wrong with them -- something that cannot be fixed. This is a mental illness. I think it's like trying to have someone "cured" of schizophrenia my spending 6 months in the mental hospital. "Oh, they've been rehabilitated" -- I think not.

I went about ten years ago. Since you're going in the summer, it's gonna be light outside for ~20 hours a day. As I recall, it only really got as dark as dusk during the very brief "night". Given that, I would suggest one of those little eye-masks like they give you on the airplane. It's easy to stay up late, as there isn't a typical day cycle to gauge what time it is. Bring warm clothes too. I went at the end of July and it got pretty cold. I highly suggest rafting, even through a touristy outfit. They're usually safe and you see some really beautiful country. Glaciers are a can't miss

I switched to Mac a couple years ago, right when OSX came out. I won't go back to PC...too many problems that will NEVER be solved.
