Despite the too-many si se puede references, I have to admit that obama's speech brought tears to my eyes several times. Seeing jesse in the audience almost ruined it for me. A racist is a racist. I early voted last week and waited about 45 minutes.

I said I wouldn't post anymore in political threads but I wanted to say how great it is to be part of a board that is so actively political and voting, regardless of candidate affiliation the folks who hang around here have wilco in common, but it seems like time and time again they also impress me in so many other aspects of their lives. I'll be quiet now.

I am miles from the far right on just about every social policy issue including healthcare, gay marriage and a host of other issues. I do support economic conservatism. love the civil tone.
