There are a lot of things we as American citizens don't NEED but we want and if I want to go shoot a gun that the government doesn't know I have on private property then I will do it. But someone is allowed to own a car that can go that fast, right? They are allowed to purchase that type of automobile even though it is not necessary, right? Did you hear the story of the man in San Antonio who walked into a restaurant to break up with his girlfriend.
