I think the best way to prevent something like this from happening again is to find out exactly how it happened in the first place. Even Hillary said, "It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again". I can't tell you how many times I go back and explore their catalog. I was being goofy and trying to make a point with stupid humor. It's not easy to debate these issues without showing some feeling and passion. We all have our opinions and this should be a place where we can voice them. I don't think what you said is inflammatory, especially compared to some others I've read on here. It's all good fun.
