  1. First time for me to use the new "system" I LOVE IT! Thanks Kyle
  2. Have not listened to it on purpose. Waiting for the real deal.
  3. My pee break song is Jesus etc. Everytime
  4. I would not shy from asking a specific question. So I guess the answer would be no? Just wondering what some of you guys/gals answers would be. I would think the artists would love for the crowds to sing along. When its a band/artist that moves me I can't help but get into it enough to sing. I also can't help but look at people with sour faces and still bodies and think, "how boring." I did go to some shows while out of town and was disappointed in the lack of crowd participation.
  5. Where does a Tweedy living room show fall into all this?
  6. I am curious. As a patron do you have the right to sing along? Do you think artists would rather have people silent or singing? I understand the whole thought of being considerate and not ruin someone elses experience but shouldn't you be able to enjoy YOUR experience as well? For the sake of discussion, let's say this particular topic is focused around GA. I'm sure there have been threads about this before but I don't feel like searching so save the links and give me your opinion. Please and Thank You :-)
  7. No a Radiohead concert would be cruel.
  8. I took both of my kids to ZZ Top about 6 months ago. It was good for them to see how crazy a concert can get. I thought the old band would draw a more laid back crowd but I was in for a surprise. By the end of the night my children witnessed a fist fight, a girl passed out with medical attention and a couple of BIG bras thrown on the stage. They took it very well and I was proud of them. These were the very things I got to see when my mom took me to concerts with her when she was 21 and I was 5. Today not much surprises me at a good concert.
  9. This will be interesting to see. We go to a Rockies game the next day so I will see who is more considerate.....the rock crowd.....or the jock crowd?
  10. I'm taking my my 13 year old daughter and 7 year old son to the Red Rocks show July 3rd. The first Wilco show for both of them.
  11. Chinese Translation Requiem Rave On Epistemology Fool Says Vincent O'Brien Post War Hold Time Fuel for Fire (solo) Roller Coaster (solo) One Hundred Million Years> Medley: Rag/Duet For Guitars #3> One Hundred Million Years (solo) Pauls Song Poison Cup Helicopter Never Had Nobody Like You Roll Over Beethoven Big Boat encore: Magic Trick To Go Home - At the end he sang the last line of the song, "....to think I'll have to give it all up some day." and gently laid his guitar down on the stage and walked off.
  12. I haven't gone to it yet........Hell it doesn't start for another 4 hours! AHAHAHAHAHA Just getting a start. See you there.
  13. Just bought it. They are such a fun Hip-Hop group. The way it should be. (if you ask me) I would love any suggestions toward more shit (new) like this.
  14. Holy shit that is funny. "BRRRRRRAUGHHHH!"
  15. So I'm finally taking a trip to San Fran after years of wanting. Leading up to the trip, I am going back and enjoying my GD catalog. (What a great time of reminiscing my days of HS and college) Anyway, I want to expand my collection. I live in a city of about 250,000 people and we do not have an "independent" record store, so I am forced to check out Best Buy and Hastings. NOTHING! Just a handful of greatest hits. I have found myself struck in a spoiled brat situation. I want what I want right now and if it means buying mp3s from Steve Jobs I am willing to do it. However, I would love for some
  16. I miss the anticipation of new statements in the "burger thread".
  17. I Long For The Days They Used To Say Ma
  18. It's a much cheaper photo op than say........flying Air Force One around New York City while some citizens freak the fack out. A man and his burger.
