I'm surprised that they are still sending advance copies. When you think that 1) it will definitely get your album leaked, and 2) reviews go up almost immediately anyway, nowadays, I can't see the point in sending advance copies. From a record company perspective, it seems like a relatively sane thing to do.

Campmor also makes catalogs. Each time they send out a new one, I get about 6 of them. One at my parents' house, one at work, one at my apartment, and my roommates each get one. With a map and 9,000 catalogs as kindling, you'd probably be alright for a while. Now, all you need is a urine-soaked headdress.

Jay is a straightup Rock&Roll soloist. He's great in a Warren Haynes kind of way. (Note, like Haynes, it's also good when Bennet doesn't sing.) Nels is good in a completely different way; I really don't think that they can be compared. Funny thing- from a solo perspective, I think that I'd be more inclined to enjoy Bennett's Rocky/folky stuff vs. Nels' Avant stuff. At the same time, I think I'm more inclined to enjoy a 2007 Wilco show than I was in 1999. Weird.

I'm doing volunteer work for a local theater, and I'm trying to setup their first online fundraiser. What we want to do is send out an email, get people to donate, and then direct them to a screen where they can "Tell A Friend." I want to set up something like this. The budget is $0.
