i just posted about this garcia release from last year: Garcia Plays Dylan. It's fantastic. he did hte best dylan covers imo.

besides those mentioned, i've fallen back in love with bad religion. the empire strikes back is a kick ass record.

i had never heard about this until yesterday. similar to the dead plays dylan disc from a few years ago but this is mainly jerry & his solo band. imo, garcia does the best dylan covers.

i like his 70's stuff better than the 60's stuff. the last 3 are still damn good albums. look at his peers. besides young, no one has really put out anything remotely as good. it's very impressive

no shit lou. the lyrics on modern times are great & his phrasing of them. it's not the 60's output, get over it. nothing ever will be
