i agree. i think it's horrible & i had really low expectations for this. his vocals are all over the place, i don't like that orchestra thing at all.

biggest one for me would be the clash/strummer. not sure how i never got into them in HS/College. i just never actually listened to them, not like i heard them & disliked it. it wasn't until 7 years ago maybe, i heard london calling for the first time.

i should listen to the rising again. i really enjoyed a few tracks on there & couldn't stand some but who knows now. magic was teh same actually.

i do enjoy it but sometimes the lyrics/references seemed so force.

horse feathers did not fit in well that night. i felt bad for them but the music was so goddamn quiet/pretty. just whispering would've drowned them out. these united states kicked ass.
