  1. I mean, Wilco's "At Least That's What You Said" was the first thing that popped into my head.
  2. As long as you have a go-to catchphrase, you'll be fine. Like "OUTTTTTAAAAAA HEREEEEEEEE" or something.
  3. most Dinosaur Jr. songs. OutKast - B.O.B. Uncle Tupelo - Looking For A Way Out Arcade Fire - Wake Up Neutral Milk Hotel - Ghost Paul McCartney - Maybe I'm Amazed The Beatles - Hey Jude Some weirder choices but they make me want to turn that junk up.
  4. Dude, I would slay a vinegaroon if it was in sight. That shit looks dangerous. Generally if I have an implement I will slay insects/spiders on sight inside the premises. There are time I don't because I'm either too lazy or I do not have an insect-slaying implement.
  5. "Ringo" is probably Ringo's best. Also coincidentally the closest the Beatles came to being the Beatles since they broke up. This thread has reinforced a suspicion I've had for forever: everyone loves to hate Paul McCartney.
  6. Cliff Lee would look almost as untouchable this year as last year with the Indians if he had more than one run of support in his starts. I think the stat was that 7 of his 9 losses before being traded were all because the bats provided less than one run while he only let 1-2 ER a game. That's still damn good pitching, but the hitting just wasn't there when he was starting. But yeah, I think the NL is weaker than the AL. 15 straight All-Star losses to the AL (something like that)? Never a good thing. Generally any "N" conference in pro sports is weaker (NFC, NL, etc.)
  7. NFC: Giants Falcons Packers Cardinals Cowboys Panthers AFC: Patriots Colts Steelers Chargers Titans Ravens
  8. Outside of that quote right there, the author basically says that John and George giving Paul a lot of shit was the cause of it, so I don't see how it's even-handed. I don't even want to know the truth as to the breakup so anything I really read is basically drivel, but there is some seriously manlove for Paul in this article. Not that I don't have manlove for the guy either, but still.
  9. No problem, I'm always willing to help. I'm too lazy to publish these tabs myself (I know way too many Tweedy songs), so I just end up correcting them as I see them. The only real suggestion I have is that the Em is only really for like a beat, it's more of a "listen to the record and hear how it works" sort of deal. But I'm certain as to its inclusion.
  10. Yeah. Though I would take "Wake Up" over "Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)," to be honest. "All My Friends" belongs that high, I would even hazard #1 on a good day.
  11. Who would rate the NFC North highly?
  12. We can!!!! Sort of, but we can't win a series vs. them.
  13. I'm ok with this list, to be honest. Was actually surprised "My Love" didn't rank higher as it was Pitchfork's song of its year (2006? don't remember)
  14. Oh, dear. Well, its pop prowess is intoxicating, because it's been drifting in and out of my head the past couple of days A good song is a good song, no matter the source. The question is which songs are good, not where they're coming from...sadly.
  15. JT - "My Love" will likely be top 20. Also I would not be surprised if Britney Spears - "Toxic" made it either. I want Arcade Fire to make another appearance but that seems really unlikely...
  16. Well, August 17th is a bust. Time will tell, I guess.
  17. I used to think this dude's voice was annoying as hell but upon just randomly gunning for it and buying the record I really like it.
