Holy smokes! I hope they just charge the diff and not refund all tickets and re-sell them. I will bloody flip!

It did..just checked the site again, they've changed the $2 to $41.50 now.

My guess is we'll all be getting an apology e-mail soon telling us they made an error and we'll be charged 41.50 as stated.

I scored 3 tix in row F..and then another 2 in row P. I had the same thing with the $2 tix. Let us know what they say if u get a hold of the venue please and thanks. My heart is still pounding. I'm driving to Halifax tonight, what a drive this is going to be..WILCO ALL THE WAY!!!!

Usually around 10% of the venue is presale tix..in this case, it would only have been around 70 tickets. Here's hopin' for Friday

Dennis, that's great..I'm sure it'll be a wicked show. I haven't listened to any Local Rabbits, but I saw Pete Elkas a few times when he toured with Joel last year. Would love to hear a new Al Tuck record! Have a great show

I plan on being in Ottawa some time over the summer...for a Gomez show hopefully..and Kings of Leon *fingers crossed*. I'm sure I could fit another Wilco show in

Joel is my favourite artist from the east coast...and Al is great too. I've only seen Al once, at a Joel Plaskett and friends show last year. He IS really great. He's on a few of Joel's earlier albums as "the doctor". Have you seen Joel's new DVD?? It's wicked. He's currently in Australia opening for Russel Crowe's band. He's playing here in June..can't wait!

I'm from Cape Breton Island..about 5 hours from Halifax. It is a beautiful place to live, but yes, we do get the royal shaft when it comes to concerts. Pearl Jam came last September and I nearly lost my mind with excitement. We do however have a great number of local artists that I get to see..like Matt Mays and Joel Plaskett. He's one of Canada's best songwriters in my opinion. I'm gonna try and post some of his tunes soon. I'd love to see them play The Marquee in Halifax.. http://www.themarqueeclub.ca/

OMG OMG OMG..this is seriously the best news I've heard in MONTHS!!!! I've been waiting for them to come back to Canada for way too long. I'm so excited I actually did a little chair dance I will be at any show east of Toronto..I'd love to go further west, but plane tickets just cost too damn much. A Halifax show would be so incredible..they could play the Marquee..my fave bar in the city. Fuck, they could play a parking lot and I wouldn't care! Yay!
