Papillon Parade replied to Preferred B's topic in After The Show
Finally back home in Cape Breton after a few days in New Brunswick and Dartmouth. I have quite a few pics of both shows (Dartmouth & Fredericton) I will post tomorrow. Wilco were amazing to say the very least..I'm jealous of those of you who have yet to see them live. I wish I could experience it all over again -

Alright, now that I see you ladies aren't afraid of a man with a feminine side..here's some more Hawksley Workman. You should really check him out..he's an amazing artist from Toronto. I actually got to meet him a few months ago at a show, great person. I would suggest starting with the song Smoke Baby Smoke. I'd also be willing to send out a few "best of" cd's if anybody is interested

Les Chiefs - Hockey Doc "This is the true story of five brawling hockey players, who live in the back of a hockey arena and fight their way to heroic status in the most violent league in the world. One by one our heroes begin to crumble against their worst foes - themselves. Les Chiefs is a real-life account of men fighting to remain boys." Great movie, extremely entertaining.

Finally finished watching the rest of Band of Brothers last night. What a series, great stuff. This weekend will be watching some more Northern Exposure and Extras. Oh, going to see Dave Chapelle's Block Party tomorrow night.
-
I'm hoping that the energy from the shows will keep them playing. Although I think both shows are gonna rock. I agree, the Freddy show will be extra amazing with only 700 ppl there. Where are your seats? We scored row F!

Oh isn't it a GREAT movie!?! I only just saw Bad Education a couple months ago, just as good. All About My Mother is my favourite of his though. Have you seen Amores Perros?? Gotta love Gael Garcia Bernal. If you haven't seen Y Tu Mama Tambien, you should. AND Sexo, Pudor Y Lagrimas. I've just started watching Northern Exposure again. On the 3rd episode. It's supposed to rain all weekend here, so I imagine I'll breeze through a few of those by Monday. Has anyone seen Art School Confidential yet?
