i know i'm reading too much into it, but it's interesting because the song is about him in his car and the pulsing throughout the song sounds like the sound a car makes when the door is open and keys are in the ignition. anyone notice that? i'm sure it wasn't intentional, but i like it!

then kudos to jeff for choosing happiness in his life. i'd rather see wilco's music take a step down and jeff be happy, than the other way around. that being said, Wilco the Album is definitely NOT a step down, it is everything I hoped it would be
