correctomundo... bron-yr-aur blows me away ever time. there's a couple of parts i can never get right

no joke, but i used an automated toilet yesterday. it was talking to me from the moment i stepped in!. telling me which button to close the door, also i have a 10 minute time limit, that i have to wash my hands in order for it to flush, telling me how to re-open the door and then saying "thanks for using our services". gee, men go in there for some time alone! and i wonder what will happen if you overstay the 10 min time limit?. will the door fly open and an inspector will slap a parking ticket on my arse?

i didnt think anyone knows it!

bonham was sick and played crap on the show before. and mobdy dick wasnt played too. on the Eddie show, they all gave everything they had, and combined with the excellent sound quality, i think it should be officially released. i love the white summer/kashmir version on that one!

'Hammer of the Gods' was a great read - a great fiction story!

i can imagine jeff saying "oh bugger!"

totally agree. the financial agreements changed a lot of things. its his stance against recording shows what annoys me. i was only 2 years old when they played knebworth and the 1980 tour. how can i listen to one of favourite bands throughout the years in their power and glory from, say, Japan 71 or LA 77?

i cant see it on the tracklist, but i'm sure "Percy's song" has to be there too, considering its on the bootlegs (just like all the other tracks). also some Leeds demos are there as well i think. the witmark bootlegs have only 42 tracks

on the Unledded tour, Page/Plant had a special taping section for every show. jimmy has been photographed buying bootlegs in Japan with a big smile on his face. Peter Grant was the kiss of death with that stuff. i loved when he got into deep shit after smashing someone's "equipment", before he found out it was a local authority measuring the noise levels at the show. right before he died, he said the Unledded reunion was a pile of shit.

it was Ed Kuepper + Chris Bailey (The Saints). a reunion after 30 years of slagging eachother, which is a similar chance to seeing Tweedy and Farrar on stage these days. still, $45 for t-shirt, and $10 for a beer stubbie is over the top. anyway, since i know the guys, chris gave me one for free!. the weird thing is the entry tickets were only $26! and yep, about $90 to to see Wilco in May this year

happy birthday!

Wallflowers - I've been delivered: I could break free from the wood of a coffin if I need But nothin's hard as Gettin' free from places I've already been I've been waste-deep in the burnin' meadows of my mind In the engine In cold December shootin' fire from the hose Now turn off your lights 'cause I'm not comin' home 'til I'm delivered for the first time I was first-born to a parade that follows in rows down a narrow cold black river faceless shadows movin' slow I would move swift when the sounds of a trumpet would blow I've been the puppet I've been the strings I know the vacant fa

hope you enjoyed it, Rebecca!! (would've been better than seeing the Bombers get thumped by 98 points!)
