i am not a fan of thanksgiving. all that fuss over food (the preparation and then the gluttony) is not healthy in my book. but i get sucked into it. I'd much rather go out to dinner and make it someone's else's chore. one year (three years ago) i was too sick to travel even to CT, and all alone and my sister (Cahtzee) called all my neighbor/friends and browbeat them into bringing me food.
