  1. I don't either, I had a reason at the time...probably something to do with the Bruins haha
  2. My personal opinion is that if there's going to be a salary cap, the league should be reduced in the number of teams...
  3. Muzzle of Bees She's A Jar Poor Places
  4. People are interested again. I see and hear a lot more about the B's than last year. Still, they're #4 (Sox, Pats, Celts, Bruins). Hopefully a deep playoff run will turn things around.
  5. I was at a bar tonight and I saw the score of the Caps/Pens game. I couldn't really see it, I assumed it said 1-0 Pittsburgh, then they scored again and I could make out 5-0. Crosby>Ovechkin? I personally don't care, Crosby is more of a playmaker when he wants to be so I like that, but Ovechkin is an amazing goal scorer (as much as I'd love to hate him for his douchbaggery). I'll be at a gig tomorrow night, so I'm turning off my phone (with a Bruins-related message) avoiding every TV/computer/radio/family member I may see, breaking out the old VCR and watching upon my re-arrival Friday
  6. Bull Black Nova sounds like a panic attack. I love the whole album upon my second listen.
  7. That's about as funny as this one...but at least the first one was a kid.
  8. Wow. Three Game 7's...pretty awesome playoff hockey.
  9. Wow! Not sure if Carolina is ready for Game 7!!!
  10. When you're not busy finding god I hope you stop by the thread. There's always next year, feel free to start an Official NHL 2010 thread asap
  11. What is taking so long for this to leak? I'm dying.
  12. What a bizarre article.
  13. Doc, I was shocked when I read the headlines this morning. Sorry for your loss. At the same time, congrats to the Blackhawks. I'm glad to see the franchise restored, what a turn around. As for the Bruins. I'm already jittery for tonight. Seeing a team like the Canucks going down in 6 games has me a bit concerned.
  14. Completely agree. I saw the Rhode Island stop of that tour, and Elvis really did steal the show. It was before Momofuku can out, but he played Song with Rose and it blew me away. A friend of mine is opted for Wilco so that he could get a better view for Bruce.
  15. and the same time as Elvis Costello solo.
  16. Scott Walker has been fined $2,500 for his incident with Aaron Ward at 17:13 of last night's third period. Walker will not be suspended for Game 6. "We are satisfied with the league's ruling," said president and GM Jim Rutherford in a statement. "After our team received several punches throughout the series leading up to Game 5, it was a matter of time before one was going to be thrown back."
  17. Glad to see the Bruins return to form tonight. Once again, Lucic really helped this team; Chara was a beast, and showed why he's up for the Norris; Thomas was perfect when he needed to be. Kessel might have read this board and decided to turn things around, 2 goals tonight. First career playoff shutout for Thomas. A decisive 4-0 win over Carolina, and the Bruins are bringing a lot of momentum down South for Tuesday's matchup. To say that I can hardly wait would be a huge understatement.
  18. Usually 'There's Hell in Hello But More in goodbye" from Jim O'Rourke.
  19. Thomas has been the only player to show up. 2.00 gaa, .932 save %. There are many bruins to blame, but Thomas isn't one of them: Chara hasn't been himself; Krecji has been missing; Savard has been making blind passes; Wideman has been playing horrible; Montador does not belong in the NHL playoffs; Wheeler has been sheepish; Kessel has been annoying, same move every time entering the offensive zone: toe drag, turn over; The power play looks out of sync. The only players I've liked this series: Lucic has been giving his all (this takes a lot for me to say, most of the time I think he's ov
  20. Everything about this record so far shows how comfortable the band is now a days. I love it.
