Yeah most people base their prices on Beckett as "Book Value". Pretty much the standard in baseball ball card pricing. I have the latest issue so if anyone feels they have something special, I can look up the official book value. Usually ebay prices reflect the Beckett guide. A better way to get a going street price is completed items on ebay like someone else mentioned.

It maybe the best option at this point with our technology but it definitely isnt a good one. Just because it is better than car emissions doesnt mean its the solution. For future we should invest and look into greener options. I dont like hearing about a plan to create 40+ nuclear plants in the next 20 or so years. We will eventually posion ourselves that way instead of through cars.

You're right, Upper Deck first year. It was the new brand that I thought was so much better than the rest. It costed a $1 a pack which was expensive at that time, but worth it. It blew away Topps and Donruss.

Yeah, there is no blame on big families as individuals. There is just an overall population problem. Something to take note of looking into the future. The lesson to be learned is that it doesnt matter how big your family is, it's your the quality time you spend with your family. A family of 4 can be just as rewarding as a family of 7.

For those of you who have pre 80's cards, they could be worth something. I would check ebay to see what the stars are selling at. Around the 80's is when the people really started saving cards for value so thats when value takes a dip. Funny it works that way but 70's and older are much harder to find cause people just threw the cards away. I have a renewed interest because my kid is starting to get into them and it brings back memories of myself collecting them.
