Spinning on the turntable in all its vinyl glory.

There's definitely some intriguing stuff on there (The Squires material and the untinkered stuff from his solo debut jump right out). However, the amount of previously released stuff (in particular Fillmore and Massey) make it hard to justify spending over 300 ducats for this. Also, Riverboat is very, very similar to the recently released Canterbury.

I think it's an amazing album. I would put the second half of that album up against any half he's done. "I'll Work for Your Love" "Magic" "Last to Die" "Long Walk Home" "Devil's Arcade" "Terry's Song"

Gruesome? Wow.

That's the gold standard, but the whole thing is excellent. I've been on a "The Rise and Fall of Intelligent Design" kick lately.
