Let me know if you can't find it!

I feel like you have to throw out the headliners in events like this unless you want to spend all day in a good spot at the main stage. I usually skip the headliners at the ACL Fest for example and bounce between smaller stages to catch undercard acts I enjoy. So that said, I wouldn't bother with Phish, Beastie Boys, David Byrne, Wilco, Al Green. All who I would normally like to see. That said, the undercard still looks pretty good! I think I'd enjoy all of these: TV on the Radio Andrew Bird Merle Haggard MGMT The Decemberists Bon Iver B

Just filed mine this morning! I hope that Obama can really do his line-by-line analysis and get rid of programs that don't work (of course, we all know that one person's wasteful spending is another's essential program, so i see that as unlikely unfortunately), but I have no problem paying taxes for the infrastructure we enjoy in the U.S.

Okay, well I guess it's cool that ti's free, but I kinda wants a CD/DVD deluxe set thing with all the stuff in the deluxe download since this is a gift, ya know. Nicer to have it in the package, rather than just telling her she can download the other stuff for free.

Yeah I agree. I still like Eggs better, but I'm glad this one was step back towards more intricate compositions. I felt like AA, while certainly catchy, sacrificed a lot of the dynamics and harmonic mechanisms I so love Bird for.

Well I disagree with more than just the late hit on Ben. I think the Steelers player who was wailing on that dude on the ground should have been ejected. I also think that while the final play (I guess technically the second to last play) should have been more carefully reviewed. I would have no problem with them coming back that there was not indisputable video evidence to overturn it, but the ref should have gone under the hood. This is the decisive play of the SB and it was damn close. I don't care if they say it was looked at upstairs, they didn't give it enough of a review. Two days later

I'm not a big Bruce fan, but I thought it was good. Though that fake ref was too much. I liked Clarence Clemmons' Snuggie!

Again, not complaining about the calls, just saying it wasn't as great of a SB to me due to the volume of penalties and how they affected the flow of the game. But it is no big deal; it was a great game. I was just surprised that so many are ranking it right up there with last year's game.

I guess I'm not explaining myself well, but when the big plays of the game (not just the safety) happen when the ref makes the call not during the action (and yes I know that the calls are a result of the action), it is anti-climactic. Sort of like watching a free throw contest decide a basketball game. I don't want to see big drives happen as result of multiple 15 yard personal fouls, I want to see multiple big plays. I am not blaming the officials for calling a bad game; I am saying it was less entertaining to me than it was to many people because it was a penalty -filled game.
-
I said the calls weren't wrong per se, just when you have crucial scores and things happen as a direct result of calls by the official and NOT the play on the field, it tends to be a bit anti-climactic to me. However, apparently I'm alone in that as everyone seems to be calling this one of the best SBs ever. I thought it was good and entertaining, just not among the best ever and my reasons are that too many of game changing moments came with the refs mic on.

At least two of the three personal fouls against AZ on that one drive were questionable at best, IMO (it is fucking football after all , let them hit each other). And the Fitzgerald TD catch hit the ground (blame Tomlin for not challenging that though). Also, the safety and a myriad of other plays were decided not by plays on the field, but by calls by the refs. not necessarily wrong calls, but I have hard time agreeing with those that say it was a great game when so much of it -- before the final two minutes -- was decided by referee calls.

Really!?! Am I the only one that doesn't excuse a ridiculously officiated game because of a good finish?

That was a good, entertaining game and my horse won as I was rooting fort he Steelers, but did anyone else feel like that was "Ref Bowl"? That game felt like there was way too many plays decided by touchy feely late hits and the like. I'm not saying the Steelers didn't deserve to win, but the refs played way more of a part than I feel they should. It's fuckin' football, let them hit each other!

Well, he's no Kurt Warner!

Yeah that's kinda what i figured. But if I can get the digital versions of those channels, it should be pretty good for a small TV. So to be clear, you are saying you get digital version of the local networks, not the HD version, right? All networks will have a digital signal in a few weeks, but that doesn't mean they are all HD.
