We'll if we can make to Wild Wings in time, we'll be there.. But if not, we'll probably be showing up just in time for the show. At first we were going to spend the day in Charleston, but we're having babysitter issues...

I don't think there are any at Buffalo Wild Wings. If my memory serves me correct, Sportz Cafe may have one or two (but you may want to call and check.. I was pretty drunk when I went there). The only other place I know of that has pool tables is Shooters, but its pretty far from the PAC.

I've had equipment stolen before (found out years later that one of my band members actually stole it and pawned it) and as a musician, there's no worst feeling in the world. Especially for musicians like Mike Watt when they aren't exactly rich.. And some of those instruments are irreplaceable.

Thanks for posting that. My wife fell in love with Jeff all over again after finding out about this. She loves how he's great with the kiddos. I'm not jealous though.. I've got a man crush on him.

So my wife isn't going to let me wear my obnoxious Clemson t-shirt, so I'm not sure what I'll be wearing.. Just look for the dark haired, late twentyish couple.. My wife will probably be sipping on a Bloody Mary, and I'll have a pitcher of brew to myself.

They finally put the show as sold out on the wilco site. I'm still throwing around the idea of driving down for this show.. I'm a little surprised there hasn't been more posts for extras tickets.

Good choice my friend. This year they've got a senior QB, the two best running backs in the league, and some great young talent. So maybe this will be the year they win the ACC. They have let me down many times before so I don't want to get my hopes up, but we'll see.

I do have one of those and it's obnoxious and beautiful.

You just made me laugh out loud. But I really like the two new songs. Yeah, they may sound like a continuation of SBS but they're still a lot different. With these songs, You can tell that SBS was their last record.. Just like how you could tell AGIB was their last record before SBS.

It's available in Columbia and Greenville/Spartanburg. I can see the house I grew up in in Greenville. The new owners screwed it all up..

From what I remember, its pretty busy all around the PAC and I'm pretty sure you'd have to cross atleast one busy intersection to get there. I'm not even sure if there is a sidewalk.

One Wing is amazing. It does sort of sound like Interpol at the beginning, and thats not a bad thing at all. The other one not so much, but still pretty catchy.

Thanks for that info Ellsworth. We'll probably get to the Wild Wings at around 5 or so. The show is at 8PM, so I assume doors will open at 7.

Hey, I may have to check it out. Thats cheaper and closer to the PAC than the Red Roof we booked. I don't care about quality either, just a place to crash.. As long as it doesn't have bugs or anything. We will be arriving in Charleston sometime in the AM and we'll just hang out downtown. Then, a couple hours before the show we'll be going to Wild Wings and it looks like watch me fall, and Colonel Elseworth with be there as well. You should come too Maddie and tip a few with us.

Its only about 10 miles from downtown, but I-26 will be pretty rough a couple hours before the doors open. Cabing it early would be wise. I think we are going to go downtown earlier in the day though to do some touristy stuff, so we may stop by the griffons then. English Pub sounds right up my alley.
