Well, I think the goal for both was to not hurt their candidates and I think they both accomplished that. In the end, we are voting for President, not Vice President.

I was actually quite impressed with Palin. I thought Biden was going to blow her out of the water, but she new the facts, she was sharp, and had some great things to say. I don't think there was a clear winner, Biden had some good things to say as well, although him saying that "it's a fact that Global Warming is all man made" was pretty ridiculous. But again, I liked Palin.. And I'm not as scared as I used to be about her potentially being one heart beat away from the president.

That's a good question. I guess if you look at it one way, it's not really the individual rights of the mother, it's the rights of the child that goes against conservatism... The child has no say in the matter, so they are losing their individual rights.. A very complicated matter abortion is.. (now I sound like yoda)..

I've never understood how being pro-choice is considered a liberal idea and is supported by liberals. Having individual rights, not having the government control your life or tell you what you can and cannot do, IS conservatism..

This is my early prediction, but I think the Gamecocks win this year... And Bowden still won't get fired....
