What's the price of gas where you are?
Wilco Worshipper replied to Twisted Acres's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
Went down .10 overnight here too. -
I'm in the process of planning my 20 yr reunion with some fellow nerds. The popular jock/heads of the student government have slowly turned over the planning to us geeks. Yay us! We are going to have it at a function hall, low-key sort of. Casual dressy, buffet, cash bar and all the 80's music you ever wanted to hear and more. We created a website. We're making favors/keepsakes. We actually have received a high rate of interest out of the 230 plus classmates that we could find so far. And we're not charging a stinking $100, just $40.

Well, I'm the treasurer and I don't think they'd take too kindly to me being drunk while handling their money. Although, come the night of the event, my job will be complete Oh, what to do, what to do... -

Help with Hiding Email Addresses
Wilco Worshipper replied to Wilco Worshipper's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
Omg! Okay! Thank you! -
We have some classmates that would rather keep their emails private from some of the other 200 or so people we graduated with. Does anyone know how to send an email within a group/category and NOT have all the addresses show? (Preferably through yahoo) I haven't used yahoo all that much and this is what our President of the committee uses. I've been testing out different things but no luck yet. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Same but unfortunately they hear it when the fighting occurs in the other household SAME! My Mom would slap me into next week! True story. That's A-MA-ZING! And if I were that waitress I would've done the same thing -

Well this isn't exactly about what she said but more about her reaction. I was watching 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' with my girls (again 9 and JUST turned 12 this week) for maybe the 4th or 5th time (for them). And we were at the scene where the visiting prostitute/nurse shows up and Jeannie shuts the door right in her face as she says "I came to help restore your pluck, 'Cause I'm the nurse who likes to..." Well, you'd think my oldest daughter heard the BEST joke ever! She laughed so HARD and for almost 10 mins! I asked her how she knew what she was going to say and she said because she -
Agreed!!! I'm going to let the ex take the girls to THAT one

Agreed ALL around! We saw this today. I specifically asked if my daughters minded the "not talking" in the film. They are 9 & 12. They didn't even seem to notice. I thought it was beautiful and a great message! For the record, I chose NOT to read any of this thread until after I went to see it. I had NO IDEA about the plot, the not talking, no big stars, etc.

Beautiful name and I'm sure a beautiful girl!!! Congratulations Glenn!!!

Hopefully, getting out in time for fireworks...some night, somewhere *fingers crossed* The 4th falling on a long weekend is throwing my celebrations out the door probably for the next 3-4 years...*sigh* EDIT: Oh, and I saw Wall-E today with my girls

I was driving back home to Central MA tonight, er this morning, from Boston and when I turned onto one of my on-ramps there was a sign for "Gloucester". I just shook my head I used to have such fond memories of this fisherman's town...*sigh*
