  3. Oh yea... we were all watching it at the restaurant one day right before the dinner rush. Somehow my co-workers knew if they looked at me they'd lose IT!!! I was bawling but no noise was heard And I do EVERY single time... Ditto on the funeral scene in Steel Magnolias.

  10. Agreed I have MANY a friend who say that they want their funerals to be a Celebration of Life rather than some morbid thing. I guess in the end it all depends on WHO plans it, how old you are when you go and how it happened...ya know?!?
  11. I know a lot of people have been through a lot worse but that was pretty...ICKY!!! I could feel things moving in my back All of the staff was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. It's done and now we'll see how effective it is. I guess the numbing medication must still be working because currently I don't feel a thing. I'm taking tomorrow night off and then I'll be back in the swing of things Friday. So we'll see how it goes... Thanks again everyone especially YOU Jen P.S. MB - How did Michelle do?!? Or has she not gone yet?!?

  14. So I had the MRI last Tuesday (on my birthday...oh yay!) and the follow-up was today. Jen - it DEFINITELY is sciatic. No tumors, no cancer, no herniated disc, and no ruptures. I was able to view the dozens of scans they did. My back doctor showed me everything and explained it clearly w/ the scans and models. He said it is mechanical and progressive. It acts up more when I'm working (waitressing) or standing for long periods of time (hence the mechanical part of the diagnosis). The fact that I'm clearly getting older and my body is being used more makes it progressive and it's something t
