  1. One of my friends is going to be on The World Seris Of Pop Culture 2007! Hurrah!
  2. Going in there now, and I don't have to work tonight so I'll hang out for a while. I might have to share the Internet connection with my roommate later, but not for another hour or so. Here's the link again: Wilco Chat Page
  3. Me too. It's just that so many people are getting defensive. It's really not going to change anything either way, so you shouldn't get all in a huff... If it wasn't a good discussion, it wouldn't be almost 30 pages long. Also, I clicked on that article "Music Is Not A Loaf Of Bread" and there was a Volkswagen advertisement. I nearly pissed my pants
  4. Yuck... I'll be moving up to Elyria this summer, so that kinda freaks me out.
  5. I waited and ran straight out to my local independent music store and bought the CD/DVD combo the day it came out. By noon that day I had already listened to the album twice and watched the DVD once. I don't like fooking around with preorders on things I want right away. Also, one of the music shops in my town closed down due to lack of business and I don't want the last one left to shut down too, so I go in there often to browse and buy random crap.
  6. There are dreams We might have shared And I still care And I still love you But you know how Ive been untrue That song makes time stop when I hear it
  7. Moving to Elyria in July... I'm so hoping for a Wilco show in Cleveland this summer
  8. It's a lot more fun when there are other people... I swear
  9. What are you if you take public transportation? ...besides broke?
  10. I'll be in the room until about 5:15 central time if anyone wants to check it out
  11. I knew it was a bunch of crap! .... there was really no pun intended there, but it worked out well
  12. I know, that's all people talk about on this forum, what's with these people?
  13. me too... I'm one of the people who hangs around after the show to say "good job, guys!" or ask questions or whatever. So the fact that I've never gotten to see Wilco live and I probably can't get close enough to give Nels Cline so much as a thumbs up is sad, but I still love the music.
