I have 2 tickets for sale to the Wilco show at the AMP at the Washington Co. Fairgrounds on Thursday, May 10th. The tickets are in Orchestra left, row J. Seats 5-6. This is 10 rows from the stage. I am asking $100 for both tickets, which will cover face value plus the cost of shipping (the tickets themselves were $97 with fees). I have Vulgaris, but you're on the right track. I'm really into things right now that rock. Especially I'm into pseudo retro rock stuff like Black Mountain, Black Angels and the Gutter Twins.

Here's the deal. I'm looking for one album to buy, released in either 07 or 08. My top 3 faves are Drive-by Truckers, Wilco and My Morning Jacket. So what should that one special album be?

To be fair, at the show I attended they did report that one of the members of the band was ill and unable to participate.

Loved Apologies, but saw them live once and it was horrendous.

They're forming a lucha libre style wrestling tag team. Come on people, this has been out in the open for months.

Cain's is one of the best things about the state of Oklahoma. We get shows here that we would not otherwise get due to the historical background that Cain's has. JT has a real affinity for the place, and it shows everytime they come here. The last three times they've come through, including a JT solo show, have been pretty epic.

Okay guys I'm looking to buy some new music but don't know what to buy. Here's what I listen to most of the time: Drive-by Truckers Wilco My Morning Jacket Centro-Matic Jason Isbell Son Volt The Black Keys Spoon Thoughts? What about the new Whigs? I've never listened to them, but there's a lot of talk about them over on the DBT board.

With MMJ I went backwards. I started with Z, moved back to It Still Moves, and now I'm getting into At Dawn and Tenn Fire. I haven't gotten the chance to really sit down and listen to AD and TF intently several times...yet. As for the two newer albums, Z is one of my favorite albums of this decade. I love it. Diff'rent Strokes I guess.

I'm anticipating this album as much as or more than anything else in 2008.

Those are the instructions that I tried to follow. When I look at the "advanced" tab on my QuickTime control panel, there is nothing there about enabling flash. I got no clue.
