This is easily in my top 5 favorite Wilco songs, but enough with the seemingly endless "nothings" already.

Too many to mention, really. And I've had sex with at least half of them.

You still look like you should be wearing a helmet and be tethered to the monkey bars though. So, it's nice to know some things never change.

Plus, baseball is fun! Who wants to spend a full day trying to figure out a way to feed hungry children or find a way to co-exist peacefully with the rest of the world? Bo-ring!

Yup. I think I need to do some research though on burning DVDs. Supposedly the show I recently downloaded had been authored to include chapters for each song, menus, etc. and I couldn't get anything other than the straight audio/video to burn.

I'm having that same problem right now. I can pretty easily make a DVD, but I can't always get it to include all the menus and stuff that are supposedly included, so it just plays as one long track, for a lack of a better description.

The auctions were shut down, so they aren't accessible to anyone.

I also only view that stuff at home, and even then only for research purposes. But I, uh, know a guy who recently got a DVD burner and is looking for good live music stuff to burn and watch with his kids.

My kid likes the newer movies just as much as the original ones. He hasn't seen Episode III yet though, because my wife is ascairt of letting him see a dude get his limbs chopped off and burned in lava.

Speaking of DVDs...didn't you mention once that you, uh, knew a guy who found some Faces DVD torrent stuff? Where might someone find something like that (specifically the BBC show that vh1 classic has been reairing over the past year)?

I'm really looking forward to a remastered Pleased to Meet Me. I've got that on vinyl and despite its scratches and pops it sounds amazing...really jumps out of the speakers and other cliched music critic kinda stuff. The cd version I have, however, sounds like poop.

One night, me and my friend Jeff decided to go find the Dischord house (in DC, so we thought anyway). We got distracted along the way and never made it, which is fine, since the address we were headed to (listed on the back of the records) was actually Ian MacKaye's mom's house, not the fabled Dischord house (which was in Arlington VA). True, boring story.

I'll buy this, but yeah...I'd also buy a Bonds box set with full shows, spend much more, and be happier about it. I also pretty much don't care about seeing any of the Shea Stadium stuff ever again.

For the record, I'm currently in the 703. The last time I wasn't, I was in the 619. - ction
