About nine years ago I read this slave narrative twice (Once for myself and again for a college history project in which we had to "interview" an American historical figure.). In about six weeks a well overdue movie that's getting great reviews will be released, telling this incredible story of a not-too-well-known American. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/06/12-years-a-slave-toronto_n_3883998.html?utm_hp_ref=entertainment I'm pretty sure I know what intense scene that review refers to. Charlie Manuel is out in Philly, announcement at 2:30. I hope he takes Ryan Howard, J-Roll, the GM, and the entire bullpen with him.

Hell, Jeff even admits that his wife use to have to arrange everything at home, including the small things like calling for pizza delivery. There were lots of things Tweedy needed to do on his own. Firing Bennett was his first step in a lot of ways, including not letting his band fall completely apart. There's mor

Ever since I saw that scene, it's now something I say (including the pause) to people whenever they confound me. I say it frequently.

You think with a little of that Miami medicine, I could play for the current New York Yankees, The Bronx Balmers?

So I should have played professional baseball after all? .333 is a great batting average.

I purchased 3 power ball tickets at $2 per. The first two tickets were duds, but I won $4 on the third. Am I lucky?

There used to be a woman on here who replicated the work of this model on a famous album cover. http://seattletimes.com/html/localnews/2018926566_whippedcreamlady16m.html In later years, at concerts, Alpert would tell audiences, "Sorry, but I can't play the cover for you."
