If there's some reason that her life was hell, and talking about it can make other people realize that they're not fundamentally fucked-up, that maybe they need to deal with that kind of crap head-on, then I think she's doing a good thing. I could download it right now without the disc. I don't remember if I needed to have the disc in to order it in the first place, though.

Ashes definitely comes up on mine. Maybe because I did order it right away? I don't know... edit: Actually, it doesn't show up in the drop-down Product list, but it does show up as if I've already ordered it. So now I don't know how I got that!

I'm looking back through the older threads on the DVD downloads, and the problem some people seemed to be having was that it's not really clear that you have to actually click on the thing that looks like you're ordering something. I think that's how it works, though, you need to Select A Product, then click Order. Then go back, and under Subscriptions, click on where it says AOAF, and the download should start. Pretty confusing.
