Mott The Hoople (official site) They are now doing three shows: HMV Hammersmith Odeon, London UK 1, 2 & 3 October 2009 Any of you British dudes going?
-
I've read that the best versions of these albums are the original UK pressings - I've never heard them though.
-
That makes me think of Pat Boone's version of Crazy Train.
-
Interesting. Did that come up in a Google search, or did you search MySpace directly?
-
I wonder how many times I have seen that in the last 30 years or so.
-
Exactly. Santana

Check out this groovy graph, my young friend.

I see. You would think someone would have what you want around here somewhere. I don't even remember those tracks being in the Roadcase.
-
I stay away from those sort of deals.
-
Some things came up when I did a search - but many of them seemed like those scam Mp3 sites.
-
I don't recall that one - I don't think we have it up at The Owl and Bear. Personally, I've never messed with tracks in the Roadcase.

That arrangement of I Wanna Be Your Dog goes back to Jeff's Uncle Tupelo days.

Yes, and Hank has a thing for him.

I drink a lot of their fine product, but I ain't paying that much bread for a pledge pin.

Yes, Romney, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, etc. can talk about religion, abortion, how gay people are going to hell, so-called family values, fighting commies, etc. Meanwhile - here is what the President is doing:
-
I wonder how involved he actually is in that sort of thing - I suppose he must have signed off on it. I figure his management was just following the path of Garth Brooks, The Eagles, AC/DC, Guns 'N' Roses, etc.
-
You got me wrong - that is a great book. Also - I always think of Hank Hill when I think of the Cowboys, these days.
-
I'd like to have one of those pins.
-
The ones I have are the original American releases - but I am the third person to have them, so there is not much groove left to play. I am listening to Dr. Ebbetts version of III right now, and I have to say again, it sounds better than the officially released cd. It is a bit bright - but that is often my problem with digital tracks, not enough bottom end, presence, warmth, - whatever you want to call it.

Now, I am thinking of North Dallas Forty. I'll tell you what.
