You are looking for "free" and/or "out of print" tracks - and even though, they may be "free" and/or "out of print" - you are probably not going to find them hosted anywhere - legally. I once asked for someone to put up something on a another message board once - it was out of print - and the dude who ran the place told me the band still owned it, even though it was out of print, and and what I was asking for was against the rules. Of course, this sort of thing has happened many times in various ways over the years. It just does not make the news every time it happens. I read a book written by an actor recently. Among other things, he talked about a director threatening people with fines who ruined shots by messing with the lights or whatever. I also think these things come about due to the fact that is is easy to capture someone's actions these days - due to cell phones and such like devices.

Ain't It Cool has some thoughts on that story.
