  1. I don't much care for Rich's singing. I could swear I have heard Chris singing You've Got To Hide Your Love Away somewhere.
  2. Did Rich always sing You've Got To Hide Your Love Away? I thought Chris sang that one. I'm glad to see they brought back To Love Somebody - their take on it is similar to the Flying Burrito Brother's version.
  3. It's a Black Sabbath song - off of their first album. It sounds better than it reads.
  4. This is a lot better than the last show I heard from this tour. It is up at bt.etree.org.
  5. I figure it will come out on DVD (officially) some day.
  6. I have the soundtrack to that film, found it in a cut-out bin back in the day. Recently, I have seen the film up at a couple of various BT sites. The Clash video you posted above is really clear - either someone cleaned that up, or it came from a laser disc. Outside of LC, and a few other songs, I don't really care for them - but, I have always thought that version of Armagideon Time was great.
  7. I have it - I got if from some Bit Torrent site a while back. I think all of it is on Youtube now.
  8. We don't have the 9/22/2004 show. We have the 6/30/05 show coming in from Europe - may be a while before it is up at the Owl and Bear though. I figure this is what you mentioned: 9/22/2004 - db.etree.org (people who have the show listed) 6/30/2005 - db.etree.org (people who have the show listed) I would be surprised if anyone here has those shows.
  9. It's funny how things come around again - Nixon, McCarthyism, The Vietnam War, War protesters, etc. Michelle Bachmann gives voice to the right's darkest impulses
  10. Grateful Dead Live at Old Renaissance Faire Grounds on 1972-08-2 Grateful Dead Live at Fillmore East (Late Show) on 1970-05-15
  11. That's right - they put the breaks on that deal. The Eyes of The World track I have in there is the one that is on the So Many Roads boxset.
  12. I keep a folder of loose songs on my computer to listen to from time to time - usually when I am working on something, and don't want to change cds. Anyhow, last night, I clicked on it - and was thinking, I'd like to hear Eyes of the World (from the movie) that I knew was in that folder. And sure enough, that was the first track WinAmp played.
  13. I don't like to disrespect old folks, but I could not let those posters hang there. I don't think they put them up there anyhow.
