I don't know why I can't find a list - bound to be one out there. I have actually seen a bootleg film of The Who's concert there - as well as some officially released footage in the Maximum R&B video.

I can't find anything right off - but The Who played there in 1970, as well as, various other rock bands. Wolfgang's Vault link

I am now getting some independent channel from Pittsburgh on my local cable system and they actually show old movies - the other night, Foxy Brown was on.

Good point.

I think this is mentioned up above - but I think I got some nasties from using that place. But - I suppose that is the chance one takes.

Speaking of old movies - AMC is doing a 25th (!) anniversary deal on this one.

That's right.

OR one could wait until we get in up in the archive and grab it -

I was going to use a line from Do The Right Thing when someone asked me a question about Via Chicago the other day.
-
I sort of recall standing outside the venue during the show.

I would not mess with such places.

I use to listen to them - may have even seen them back in the day. I mentioned this before - but I could have been at that Iron Maiden Live After Death Long Beach show.

I think he was friends with the one that died a few years ago - there is some mention of him in the liner notes in 29 - I think. He is also showing off his B.C. Rich guitars. Iron Maiden: Live After Death

What's the rarest record or memorabilia you have from any band?

Were you the stiffer upper or ? I forget who did what. -
That was the only way I could get them. You notice something about their songs - when you listen to all of them in a row. They began by doing songs mainly about life and various things of that nature. As time went on, their songs became about: touring, sex-fuck, missing the woman who they hoped was not sex-fucking while they were gone, and explaining to the woman why they had to sex-fuck while they were touring. Now, they are back to writing psychological songs about life and whatnot.

Much like Roger with The Byrds, old Tony would not give up. I gave up after the Gillian album. They are actually doing a new album with Dio right now - after becoming tired of waiting on Ozzy - so I have read.

Of course, we mean the original dudes - although the Ronnie James (first time around) stuff is alright.

I think you are right - from everything I have read about him, he seemed to be rather intelligent.

Yes, I like them quite a lot. Klaus is one of my favorite singers, actually. I have all of their albums up through Blackout on my compy right now - just like the kids do it - in Mp3 form!
