You are telling me that major label bands release new singles on vinyl 45's?
-
I don't believe that - who and where?
-
Maybe to people who are music nuts - most people I know - don't own anything but an ipod now.
-
Well, I am thinking of here, I don't pay attention to releases outside of here.
-
I don't know - but there is no such thing as 45's anymore - so it is just funny. Bands don't even put out singles in a physical format anymore, do they?
-
I find it funny the term B-Side is still used.

If your the girl that I noticed putting a dime in my mind's eye, than your more than welcome to my share of the sidewalk. If your the chick I saw in the tall grass looking at someone through tinted blue glass, than your more than welcome to my share of the sidewalk. Cause I've never been this close before, to someone who didn't seem to mind. I've never found hellos before, I've only found goodbyes. If your the girl I met in my daydreams, handing out flowers and chocolate ice cream, than your more than welcome to my share of the sidewalk. If your the girl that I talked to and said do you

I read something the other day where they were saying that they had written some new songs - and that they may play them on the tour.
-
Indeed. Just like David Crosby said they were going to play "70 different songs" a few years ago on the CSNY tour I saw - they played the same songs every night. And Pete saying The Who were going to break out some rare songs - they too, play basically the same set every night. At least - they are upfront in that article - but if I recall correctly, in the webcast, they said they were going to play songs besides the hits.

There is also a book about that film.

The other one is his officially written biography - it is interesting to compare them. The guy has always seemed somewhat shady to me.

A Syd Barrett book you can download for free. . . -
Many bands sell live discs after their shows now - what's wrong with that.
