This debate is always tough for me, but this is how I feel: Take YHF- I believe that many of the songs are better live as individual songs (IATTBYH, Ashes, HMD, ITMWLY, Radio Cure) However, when I listen to YHF as a whole, nothing beats the feel and progression of the studio album. In other words, the individual songs are stronger live, but when you listen to them together as part of YHF, I prefer the studio versions as part of the record as a whole. That said, I cannot decide between the live and studio versions of Poor Places as an individual song- both are amazing to me. (NOTHING beats t

Despite the price, I love Wilco live, and I love this live album..definitely my favorite live album of all time. People can say what they want about versions of the songs and how they have changed live (I admit that some are better now than they were then) but there are some versions on this live document that are irreplaceable for me (Company, Hell is Chrome, Muzzle of Bees, Ashes, Poor Places) This is DEFINITELY worth it on vinyl

Well, since I did pay the hefty fee for the bonus tracks as a part of the 4 disk vinyl set, so I will look on Google to obtain music that I HAVE payed for.

I agree.. Muzzle Of Bees, Hell Is Chrome, Poor Places, Wishful Thinking are all amazing on KT. Great rendition of Ashes of American Flags on KT, can't decide if its better here or the one on the Ashes dvd I prefer IATTBYH in its most recent form, as heard on "Ashes" - also anyone heard the HMV Forum version? Awesome sound effects at the beginning

Really? I love Kicking Television... What versions aren't the best on there? I agree that IATTBYH is awesome on AOAF, and also the version from the HMV Forum kills... but as far as AGIB tracks, Kicking Television takes the cake for me
