Some time ago I dismissed Watch Me Disappear from the Augie March canon for some unknown reason and never bothered to get it. I picked up a CD for a couple of qiud last week after revisiting on Spotify, and it is up there with their best. Few can find a melody like Mr Richards 1 min 10s in here is just wonderful . . . Their latest 2 albums however have indeed left me cold. But Bootikins from before that is fab, though a tad overproduced in parts.
