ok, fine, but if he was trying to play the game well, why did he put Miguel Cabrera in as a defensive replacement in the 9th inning when he had Scott Rolen on the bench? That was just stupid. And why did he have Andruw Jones sitting on the bench when he's the best defensive outfielder in the game? It doesn't make anysense. There were a couple of plays late that both of those guys might've been able to get to that the other guys didn't.

So I have to work tonight, which means I'm going to bring in my mini tv to watch the All Star game. This same tv is how I watched the World Series when we had no power due to the hurricane.

I really like the tone you get from an SG. Never really played a Les Paul, but there's gotta be a reason they are so popular. Certain strats I like alot. It all depends on the neck for me. For some reason, their rosewood necks never feel right to me. I need the maple neck on a strat, it has a much nicer feel. Gretsch's and Rickenbacker's are always nice, if expensive.

I do think Howard's bound for a slump. He completely changed his swing for this thing (notice how much he was pulling the ball, as opposed to normally going the other way). He's only had one pull home run all year. I think he's going to be trying to pull the ball way too much going into the second half and not do much.

Man, Miguel got screwed by that new rule. I'm angry. That hasn't always been like that, has it?

I like Dot Bites Man. I think it's pretty funny. Dave Chappelle's stand up is some of the best around. When he talks about the eating and drinking habits of white people I laugh my ass off every time.

They won't. Not this year. Too big a whole in centerfield for us to really make a run at it. Next year though, watch out. Also, as you all have noticed, I have no problem referring to us and we when talking about the Marlins or any team. The way I see it, when I go to my 20 games a year, and give my 200 dollars a year or so in tickets (not to mention concessions, and merchandise), I feel I can say I'm a part of the team.
