Remember how the Mets bullpen was supposed to be good this year? Am I the only one who thinks it's weird that the Mets seem to be honoring Brooklyn Dodgers history more than Mets history at Citifield?

How much change are we really seeing with Obama this far?
-
I just posted that because it shows how obviously this move was a political one, and not one done for the benefit of anything other than his chances to get elected.

Nickelback has recieved 3.5, 3, 2, and 2 star reviews from Rolling Stone. Wilco has none below 3.5 stars.

We just had a sexual harassment seminar at work

I'm dissapointed this thread didn't start off with: "And now I think I'm going to be really good at it." -

Hey, we won a game! And if you get the chance, do watch tomorrow's Mets-Marlins game at 1. Johnson vs Santana. Two of the best pitchers in the NL right now, and last time they got together it was beauty.

Watching now for the first time. My mom's comment during "Impossible Germany" solo: "Clapton's got nothing on this guy."

The tags for that post on pitchfork are great. "Album, Awesome, Wilco"

We've basically had a lineup of nick pinto's and willy taveras' for the last week. Terrific.

I don't see any way that in a baseball crazy town like St. Louis, they don't do everything in their power to keep him there his entire career.

Man, why aren't more people talking about Zack Greinke? Going back to last year, 43 straight innings without allowing an earned run, and just 1 unearned run in that stretch. I've been a big fan of his for a few years now and I always rooted for him to get his stuff straight back when he almost fell out of baseball, so I'm really happy to see what he's doing right now.

If he can be the 4th WR, the wildcat will be fun to watch.

Ah, I remember when this was the marlins (5 days ago.)
-
That was the worst fucking game ever.
-
That was as he ran 5.28 and 5.33 40 yard times at pro day. He also did 19 reps at 225. He's a high risk, high reward guy, but I think he'll end up being a good guard rather than a LT.
-
I don't see any way Andre Smith is quick enough to play LT in the NFL.
-
He's striking out like 11 guys per 9 innings. I don't think his pitches are flattening out any. Seems like bad luck to me.
-
So looking at Samardzija's numbers (1.46 WHIP, 4.26 ERA in the minors, low strikeout numbers and not great control.), can anyone tell me why exactly he's such a highly rated prospect?

So your entire post was sarcastic.

"The dream" is a joke. Calm down. Sweeping the Braves in Atlanta and taking two of three from THEBESTTEAMEVER isn't worth anything? How much do you know about this team? I don't think they are the best team in the NL East, but they absolutely could be. They have the pitching and hitting to do it, and their defense is extremely underrated. I think they are going to be like the Rays of last year, and I don't think it's a total homer prediction. They should be a high 80's win team and with a little luck can win the division. The Rays got a little luck last year and made the playoffs too. W

The old Patriots logo with the Minuteman in the three point stance is one of my favorite logos ever. It's so ridiculous.
