My friend lives in Houston with his wife and daughter. We don't talk much in general but have been in touch a bit since Hurricane Ike. His electricity is still out, but they have one small generator in their home. Otherwise, the neighborhood is still a mess - luckily their home was spared, but other houses around them had trees drop onto them. Their daughter is 4 - I can't imagine how she's dealing with it. I'd feel strange sending a few bucks to him, but I can't think of anything else. Can you think of anything in the $50 range that could help them out? Thanks.
