Hello Edie,glad to see you guys got home safe.I completly understand why you didn't hang around aferwards.After the scene I took off to the back of the venue and smoked some cigs to kind figure what really just happened,I felt pretty embarased,and still do.You ladies are the greatest and the kindest souls I've ever met,and oh yeah,I miss Wilco already!

Nels was on fire,I thought his head just might explode! Anyone have the stare down pic between Jeff and Nels,it was kind of like.....................your better,no............your better.What partnership lastnight,to tell you the truth I think John was more upset than Jeff,but Jeff got to him first.Love seeing Poor Places making it's rounds,but please...................oh please,we really love What Light. And yes,I think baricades will be enforced when needed,and should be! Maybe moats might work also.

Tonight's event's should go unspoken, but this is not the case. I thank the band and those of us that can put this past us. If this childish behavior continues, we might not ever get to experience live music again, do you really want to see live music behind a bubble? A reality check needs to be taken, you're fucking this whole thing up for the ones who really deserve be there. Anything AM really keeps things fresh these days,especially for those going to several shows a year.The AM era shows are really entertaining to listen too these days,I recently got the DVD of a show at the Fox in Boulder Co. and still blown away,glad to see Jeff's spunk back the past few years!I remember a few YHF shows that rather bored me when it was really chemistry running it's course,then Nels arrives and everyone's happy again.The return of Wilco after the break of canceled shows reassured me that the boys were back. It's kind of hard to compare any feeling to that of Rick Danko,but yes I do agree it's a noble effort.I feel ashamed in covering others' songs but my soul comes out on my own tunes,a cover is just what it says.I do wish they would of spent more time researhing bands that should have had the honor of tributing such a legendary band,hell I love Gomez,but geez,that's just plain awful,no justification.
