big Batman news: Kevin Smith will be writing a mini-series, starting in November. Legenday Batman writer, Denny O'Neil will be doing a two part story in December (1 issue Batman/1issue Detective) and Neil Gaiman will be doing a similar two parter in January.

Marvel/BET: Black Panther trailer it's like a cross between Johnny Quest and those old Marvel cartoons from the 60's. I like it.

yeah, but if they're smart, they won't make her a straight up villain. the character works much better as an ally of Batman.

right, and the Long Halloween was originally printed as single issue comic books, and later reprinted as a trade paperback. in your earlier post, you said, "It's a graphic novel, not comic book (a common and major problem amongst most viewers)." as if comic book, was a dirty word and graphic novel was some higher form of entertainment. the bottom line is, it doesn't matter if it's 4 pages or 400, they're all comic books.

no, it's a comic book. there is no source material used in any of these Batman films that comes from a graphic novel.
