  4. ^Awesome! Out of all my travel goals Northern Lights is way at the top
  5. ^Ironically the Jayhawks opened up for Tom Petty in 92 wonder where Tom got the idea from?!
  6. Hey Doug what brings you to Atlanta for the long weekend? I got my in-laws in Marietta so I am there several times a year. Glad everyone is digging Iceland really got to make it there! Winston and NoJ can you see the Northern lights up there? I hear upper peninsular area you can see them?
  7. ^ I know I know..however there is a new $6.50 order processing fee I have never seen before on ticketmaster! I try whenever I can to pick up tickets at the boxoffice to avoid this stuff and unfortunately more shows are getting to be out of budget for me. I go to 50-80 shows a year I got to start capping off some of the higher priced shows. In addition earlier in the week they had a presale which had an option called aisle seats. They would only sell aisle seats in pairs. Seriously?!?!? Between all the presales, restrictions, platinum tickets, bots etc it takes dedication to get anything decent
  8. ^yeah prices are bonkers..I'll pick up a cheap one week of on stubhub.. Wow so I was just on the Tom Petty ticketmaster for Newark. $49.50 ticket is $70 after fees! TM added a new obnoxious order processing charge I have never seen before! Seriously f ticketmaster its so repulsive.
  9. Anyone go anywhere fun on vacation this year? Plans for next year? I went to the Domnican Republic in January, Hit up Maine, New Hamphire, Vermont over the Summer and Heading to Vegas and Arizona next week. Hoping to go to Cuba and Iceland next year...fingers crossed
  10. Yeah its wild they would usually do two shows a day too. I think their longest setlist not counting when they performed on the roof top was 14 songs so what maybe 45 minutes! less than a normal openers these days. I also find it funny how now McCartney plays three hours! Ha ha yeah Baby's in Black is a doozy!
  11. AH FORGOT SOME..Thanks Chez! Folsom Prison Blues- Johnny Cash Orange Blossom Special-Johnny Cash And on another note Lord Thank You For sending me the F Train-Mike Doughty L Train-Son Volt
  12. I know however Revolver was released in August 66 and they did several dates after the release. As for the others I figured maybe there was some promo shows etc even though they weren't touring. I am a casual Beatles fan at best but it fascinated me just how rare it was to hear some of those songs live.
  13. The Cavern Club August 3, 1963 Acoustic too! Wow I didn't know that one was around that long! http://www.setlist.fm/stats/albums/the-beatles-23d6a88b.html
  14. WOW! So I was looking at some Beatles setlist stats on setlist.fm It is amazing that only one song ever from Abbey Road was performed live by the Beatles (She's so Heavy), Only one from Sgt Peppers (When I'm Sixty Four) and only one from Magical Mystery Tour (all You Need is Love) ...Nothing was ever performed from Revolver or the White Album live!
