  1. 2016 was a great year for live music Still got 3 more shows to attend however.... I got to knock off some bucket list musicians for me and saw many of my favorites multiple times. What shows were your favorite this year? Here are my top picks Iggy Pop-United Palace (first time seeing him! great fun show!) The Cure-Madison Square Garden (three shows! Night 1 was my favorite) The Stone Roses-Madison Square Garden (First time seeing them too! Great great show!) Wilco- Kings Theater(Two nights liked night 1 better) Radiohead- Madison Square Garden (Two nights like night 1 best) Bruce Springsteen

I got to hear a bunch of soundchecks Favorite Radiohead Liberty State Park 2001 They played about 5 songs 2 not played that night one was In Limbo the only time I ever heard it live another was an unreleased song I never found out what it was Decemberists Stubbs 2011 Bunch of wacky covers and a track or two not played that night Guster Penn State 2002 I was working the show so I got to sit and watch the whole thing...fun Springsteen 2003 Giants Stadium Heard Streets of Fire first time played in several years was later played that night and

  18. Nice would have loved to see the Pumpkins and Lips early. Saw the lips on the Bulletin tour in 2000 at Fletchers in Baltimore which holds 200 or so. Wayne splatted fake blood on me and gave me a high five..I was in the front row and couldn't hear for days afterwords
