I have seen him over the last 5 years play a total of one song live and I live near NYC where he lives these days. He has opened for Patti Smith a few times and joined a few artist for a song or two but that is it. He is very passionate in the art scene but music these days takes a major backseat for him as far as I can tell

Peter, Mike and Scott still constantly love music and tour. Stipe is the hold out no doubt.

JFF I hope that is the case! I just hate seeing music stores close. NYC lost Other Music recently which hit me hard.

Good luck hope you get it! The Helsinki Finland show his longest ever was over 4 and 1/2 hours with the three song acoustic preshow! It is unbelievable! No matter what happens the band is on fire now and the early stuff sounds new and vital! Enjoy! I am having withdrawal already!

Unified theory there is another pay show different band at Rough Trade that night and their doors are 8pm. Wilco in my mind will play max 45 minutes....

Good call Cam..Elbow are great. I was lucky to catch them at my school they played at a festival when Asleep in the Back came out. There were maybe 30 people there and they were unbelievable. Seen them on every tour since (Except for Cast of a Thousand).

Yep wetlands had a van parked inside. They sometimes sold merch out of it. The lower level were also covered in neon and lot of blacklights.

Seeing ZZ Top tonight I saw many shows at wetlands! God Street Wine, Gibb Droll, Lake Trout, Guster, Push Stars.. I loved that place!!

Was at night 1 and 3 good stuff!!!
