MrRain422
We fielded a lineup of major leaguers and ESPN analysts to take the test. Now, it's your turn. How come they don't say who these players and analysts are, or how they did?

bobbob1313
our relief pitchers were the worst, and not getting better.Pitching wins, they better be good or losing Kearns will hurt. we have enough batscross yer fingers Losing Kearns isn't going to hurt too much. The guy they just called up is supposed to be one of their better hitting prospects. I don't know why they don't call up that Bailley kid and let him try his luck in the pen. tongue-tied lightning
no, no, to soon for Bailey We'll survive without Kearnswe also have Freel to play the outfield
bobbob1313
no, no, to soon for Bailey We'll survive without Kearnswe also have Freel to play the outfield Bailey is in Double A, right? Why not give him a shot for a week or two, see how he responds? I was actually hoping the Marlins would snag Denorfria from the Reds. Too late now.

bobbob1313
Sounds like a perfect late innings guy with that mentality and his pitches.

bobbob1313
He can be a 20 game winner next year. But this year, you guys don't need another starter, surprisingly. What you guys need are relievers who can go in there and miss bats, and that sounds like this guy's forte.
MrRain422
Sportscenter just announced that Barry Bonds's attorneys have started to plan a defense, and they expect an indictment on tax evasion and perjury charges to come next week. It's on.

MrRain422
Might have something to do with the LOSING!!!!! Not that the Tigers victory was all that impressive (it was against the lowly Royals after all, and did include a late inning blown lead). But a win is a win, and a 3 game lead is slightly more comfortable than a 2 game lead. You have to take the wins however you can get them. Duck-Billed Catechist
I couldn't watch the game, because we don't have cable. What is it that you want to be said? Oh man, my team lost. Wish that didn't happen.
MrRain422
I guess in a 162 game season, some losses are bound to come along, eh?

MrRain422
It's not like there's a ton of shame in losing to the Yankees. In New York no less. But wait, I have a role to play here. That being the role of the trash talking fan of the interdivisional rival. Take that White Sox! You lost to the Yankees! Hardy har! Edited July 15, 2006 by MrRain422
bjorn_skurj
The Yanks are catching up on the Red Sox and Toronto's only 4.5 out. Oughtta be a good race this year in that division and just about every other division.
MrRain422
All three AL divisions are going to come right down to the wire. It's gonna be sweet.
